Rob Wilson is the president and co-founder of Employco USA, a national human resources outsourcing firm whose customized business solutions have made it one of the country's top privately held human resources outsourcing companies. Since co-founding the company in 1996, Employco USA has grown to more than $500M in revenue. Employco USA is a member company of The Wilson Companies group, including Corporate Risk Management, Inc and Staffworks. Mr. Wilson is also involved in numerous organizations, including YPO, CEO, EACA, ESCA, EDPA, and the Economic Club of Chicago. He currently serves as the chairman of the Young Presidens’s Organization’s Epicurean Network.
