Dr. Edward Mazur is the president emeritus of the City Club of Chicago and often serves as the City Club program moderator. He is a retired professor emeritus at City Colleges of Chicago and was an instructor for the Chicago Police Academy. For more than 20 years, Dr. Mazur was also director of the City of Chicago Intergovernmental Executive Development Program. He is the author of several monographs and more than 200 articles on urban affairs, politics, transportation, human resource development, and diversity.
