Scott MacKenzie is the president and founder of Gaslight Studios, a full-service, integrated branding and marketing agency he founded in 2016 in his hometown of Boston. Gaslight is now represented across the US with offices in New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles and services clients ranging from technology start-ups to some of the world's most recognized brands. Prior to starting Gaslight, Scott spent 20 years developing and implementing award-winning strategic marketing and communication campaigns at some of the largest independent public relations firms on the East Coast. He is known for his track record of success in helping businesses achieve their organizational goals while navigating crises to mitigate damage to their brands.

A lifelong supporter of first responders, Scott has also worked closely with the Boston Police Foundation to help further their mission and with the Boston Mayor’s Office of Emergency Preparedness, Boston EMS, Boston Police Department, Boston Fire Department,  and the Boston Public Health Commission to develop a sustainable communications plan, presentation and new, executive community preparedness messages to be delivered by key public agencies within the City of Boston.

 When not working, Scott is an avid runner, cyclist and supporter of all Boston sports teams, including his beloved Red Sox.
